Job Responsibilities

• Planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops
• Operating basic farm machinery and tools
• Sorting, packing, and loading agricultural produce
• Feeding and caring for livestock (if applicable)
• Cleaning and maintaining farm areas

Job Requirements

• No formal education required (secondary school is an advantage)
• Previous farm or agricultural experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labour
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions
• Basic English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary & Benefits

• Hourly Wage: CAD $15.50 — $20.00 per hour (depending on experience and province regulations)
• Work Hours: 30–40 hours per week + overtime pay (as per labour law)
• Overtime Pay: 1.5x regular hourly rate after standard hours
• Paid Vacation: Minimum 2 weeks per year (or 4% vacation pay)
• Public Holiday Pay: As per provincial labour standards
• Safe Working Environment: Compliance with Canadian Occupational Health & Safety regulations
